This is a photograph of my first sculpture I made at age 22. Clay 12” x 5” x 5”. A Bust of Christ.
To convey emotion through art has always been very important to me. More important than technique. This is the main purpose of it, as I see it. I quite art and music for about 15 years after this sculpture was made. Than started to draw again at age 37. Apparently, I was not ready to share these emotions till then.
I applaud every artist or person who has the courage to share their feelings with the world. It was a very hard road for me.
